A buyer may request a return within 30 days. The item goes back to the seller’s US warehouse. BotSKU issues the refund to the original payment method and deducts the seller share, excluding refunded sales tax, from the seller’s next payout. A return request marks the order return_requested and emails the seller and BotSKU. An open return holds the related sub-order out of the weekly payout.
